Shweta Tiwari, who was last seen in Mere Dad Ki Dulhan has always been in perfect shape but her latest pics on Instagram suggest that she has now shed even more weight to unveil a new slender looking self.


Lockdown and the year 2020 has been all about amazing transformations. Many used the year to pursue their fitness goals, get into a schedule, eat right and sleep well. A bunch of TV stars got onto the fitness bandwagon and took the time to shed a lot of weight resulting in a dramatic makeover. One of them was Shehnaaz Gill. The Bigg Boss 13 contestant went ahead and totally turned around her look. She channelled a more classy, sophisticated look kissing goodbye to her famous moniker, Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif. Another hugely popular actress who seems to have joined the fitness revolution is actress Shweta Tiwari who was also one of the few from the TV industry who contracted Coronavirus.

Shweta Tiwari, who was last seen in Mere Dad Ki Dulhan has always been in perfect shape but her latest pics on Instagram suggest that she has now shed even more weight to unveil a new slender looking self. She reveals that she has lost close to 10 kg weight thanks to a new fitness routine.
Thanking her fitness trainer she dedicated a long post to her, “Weight Loss! Phew…Weight loss is not easy…it’s very hard! You need lot of dedication lot of self control and will power! But it is not impossible Also! Especially when you have people like @kskadakia in your life.”
She added, “Coordinating with my trainer, curating a diet according to my needs, likes and requirements ,following up morning to evening! I Am not a client to her I Am a mission!”
