Priyanka Chopra Jonas, a Bollywood actress who has been in the news for real estate transactions in Mumbai, Goa, and New York, has sold two penthouses measuring 2,292 square feet (sq ft) in Mumbai's Andheri neighbourhood for Rs 6 crore.
For both transactions, the homebuyer paid a stamp duty of approximately Rs 36 lakh. On October 23 and 25, the two penthouses were registered.
Abhishek Choubey, 45, from Jogeshwari in Mumbai, is the homebuyer. Chaubey is a Bollywood director, screenwriter, and producer. Choubey and Priyanka, however, could not be reached for comment.
Priyanka has been in the news for her real estate transactions in Mumbai. In June 2021, the Bollywood actress leased a 2,040 sq ft second-floor office property in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West for Rs 2.11 lakh per month.
