Four More Shots Please is a breezy entertainer which every urban indian woman can relate to source: indianexpress.com

Strengths

This is the first Indian web series to openly show women kissing the hell out of each other. There are ample bedroom scenes to titillate the viewers. But that is not the only reason to watch the show. The show can be enjoyed by men & women both. Viewers, especially urban Indians can totally relate to the show. After all how can one not relate to a group of friends who meet at the end of the day to drown their worries over a few shots.

Thankfully, the show doesn’t indulge in male bashing. The show deals only with the issues women generally face. The series showcases the prosperous side of Mumbai, unlike other movies & shows which love to showcase the dirty underbelly of Mumbai. The show is visually very appealing.

The acting by the main cast is good. All the 4 actors come across as seasoned performers. The men do what they are expected to do in a women oriented show – be eye candy or add to the drama.

The show is more on the lines of Sex & The City vis-a-vis Veere Di Wedding.

Weakness

While the show scores well on drama, the comedy was found to be lacking.

Our Verdict

Four More Shots Please is a breezy entertainer, which you can definitely watch after a hard day at work. Watch it with you tub of popcorn & with your girl gang!
