Guess Who: Spate Of Bollywood Weddings

Hindustan Times has published a blind item about a spate of bollywood weddings which are expected to take place this year.

These three celeb couples have been making the news for quite sometime now. The first couple mentioned in the blind item has beaten several odds & trampled on the emotions of several people to get together. While she is fit even post 40, he has put on oodles of weight at in his early 30’s. We doubt whether his film career will last long. His GF will then be blamed for his failure & be labelled unlucky.

The second couple too has been going strong. The girl’s father is rumored to have given the actor an ultimatum to get married this year or else risk losing her forever. There have been rumors of him getting close to a co-star on the sets of their upcoming movie. While his personal life may not be going great, his career seems to be rock solid, with good movies lined up.

The third couple whom we suspect are a fake couple – a PR stunt orchestrated by their mentor. How else do you explain their details about him meeting her father & getting teary eyed reaching the media? But ofcourse there is always the chance of them actually dating & then leaking the details to the media themselves. It is rumored that the guy’s parents are really keen on this relationship & want him to settle down.

So, our filmy jasoos swears there’s going to be a spate of weddings in Bollywood next year. “The svelte divorcee and her hunky actor BF are definitely on,” he says, “She is keen to settle down and get the media and paps off their backs. According to the jasoos, the couple du jour, both A-list stars hailing from distinguished filmy families, who are very much in love, despite their age gap, are also making plans to tie the knot next year. “This time, it’s the boy’s parents who are insisting he settle down, having emerged from what they feel are a couple of disastrous relationships with unsuitable partners, the fact that he’s finally found someone who is appropriate by their standards, has prompted them to make their wishes amply clear to their son. And for once, he is prepared to take their advice on board.” So, shall we expect band baaja and baarat all over again? “All three will take place in 2020 and as far as the grapevine goes, are being planned as destination weddings,” he informs. Ahso.
