New Fake Couple – Ananya Pandey And Vijay Deverakonda

Vijay Deverakonda is a Telugu actor who kicked off the year by announcing his Hindi film debut. He was the frontman of the 2017 runaway Arjun Reddy, which was remade into Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani’s Kabir Singh by director Sandeep Reddy Vanga last year. Recent reports speculated that either Janhvi Kapoor or Ananya Pandey could be roped in for the female lead in this Puri Jagannadh directorial, which has Karan Johar on broad as a presenter and production partner. Now Mirror has learnt that Ananya Pandey has bagged the part.

According to sources the makers wanted to cast a young actress opposite Vijay. And Ananya was eager to work with Vijay and is expected to start hooting mid-March or in the first week of April. Ananya shared some pictures on social media handle enjoying a reading session with Vijay. In the picture, both of them can be seen sitting on a window sill. In the other picture, to be on-screen couple can be seen enjoying a good time with director Puri Jagannadh and co-producer Charmme Kaur.

Ananya looks gorgeous in the picture in a black dress, wherein Vijay looks handsome as usual. The shoot is taking place in a massive set erected by art director Jonny. The most awaited film in a crazy combination has cinematography handled by Vishnu Sarma. The movie is tentatively titled as ‘Flighter’ and also stars Ronit Roy, Ramya Krishnan, Vishu Reddy, Aali, Getup Srinu and Makarand Deshpande.


Vijay has been in Mumbai since some time now. He and Ananya were now seen shooting for their film in Mumbai traffic. Vijay was riding a bike, while Ananya was seated right in front of him. The two shared some chemistry which cannot be missed. Ananya was wearing a black crop top with shorts and thin neckpiece while Vijay was clad in a shirt and khaki pants. He was directly looking into her eyes and they were looking amazing together.

Vijay recently stated that he is not going to work in romantic movies anymore, but this shot from the film seems to hint otherwise. A picture from their shooting is going viral on social media, after which both of them were trolled. While some fans are calling them a hot couple, at the same time, some have named the couple ‘Anaconda’ by including Ananya and Deverakonda.

After the picture from the scene of the film in which Ananya was sitting on the fuel tank, this picture went viral but in s different way. In this picture, Ananya is standing and Vijay is holding her back and hugging her. Ananya doesn’t look comfortable in the picture, she has an awkward face.

As soon as the picture came people started commenting and many funny comments started coming one after other. Some fans have named them as Virushka and Deepveer and some named them as Anaconda. Are they going to be the next fake couple of the industry? It’s been a routine in the industry to make up relationship rumours. Whenever young actress is cast opposite a new or young actor there are rumours of them being in a relationship.

If we talk about Ananya Panday, after ‘Student of the Year 2’ she was seen in ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ opposite Kartik Aryan. After the shooting of the movie, there were a lot of rumours about them. It seems like spreading such rumours is a way of publicity. Now while Ananya was shooting for ‘Khaali Peeli’ with Ishaan Khattar we again heard about them being a fake couple. So now is the same going to happen for ‘Fighter’?

Now talking of Vijay, after Rashmika Mandanna called off her engagement with Telugu actor Rakshit Shetty, rumours popped about the relationship between Vijay and Rashmika. Later the rumours became very strong when both were pairing for another movie Dear Comrade. The couple was always seen in all possible pubs, events and coffee shops. They were spotted watching the movie along with their friends in AMB cinemas. And also after their movie, they went to some coffee shops. The industry circle strongly said their relationship is more than friendship.

The film has recently created a lot of buzz after the photos leaked from the shoot. Is this leaking of pictures also a part of the publicity Strategy? Whatever it is, both of them seem compatible and look good together. They showed off their chemistry via the picture from one of the scenes. It will be good to see them on screen with such a bond.
