Sara Ali Khan Was Dropped From Heropanti2 Opposite Tiger Shroff Because Of This Reason

Many things have changed in Bollywood in the last few months. After Sushant’s death, a lot of people tried taking advantage of the situation and then there was a whole drug scandal that ensued. Several top billed stars came to the fore and some were even questioned by the NCB. Sara’s name also came in the whole incident and she was also interrogated by NCB.

Social media has been abuzz with boycott campaigns and people were busy trolling the young stars. Many producers decided to drop these actors from their projects. And this happened with Sara too. Sara was the top contender to star as the lead opposite Tiger in Heropanti 2. The deal was in the final stages and the modalities were almost closed, when the drug scandal hit the industry. When Sara’s name came up the producers thought that signing her would jeopardize their project and they decided to shift gears.

Sara was dropped immediately and Tiger suggested the producers to sign Tara Sutaria. The makers weren’t happy with this but had to move on with it to save the project. Tiger will begin shooting for the movie in UAE soon and Tara is also expected to join him. Sara has reportedly been given the clean chit and will be seen in Coolie No. 1.
