The venture into the industry started well when Pavani had good stints, modeling before she ventured into acting. In 2018, he made her screen debut in the short film Pizza, followed by another short film with a critical mention, Living Together. The same year, she appeared in her first cinematic film, a supporting role in the mainstream Telugu film, “Kirrak Party”. She has also increased her repertoire with the web series of the G.O.D. Zee5 (Gods of Dharmapuri).

In 2021, she made her breakthrough with the box office success Pushpa: The Rise - Part 1, in which she played the role of the niece of Pushpa Raj, which appealed to the industry and viewers.
