Anirudh Ravichinder is a popular Indian music composer, music director, and writer. He mostly works in the Tamil industry. He is the son of actor Ravi Raghvendra and classical dancer Lakshmi Ravinchander. At school, he was also part of a band named Zinx. His maternal grandfather S.V Ramanan is also a multifaceted individual who is very proficient in making documentaries, ads, and music. He started creating music at the age of 10. At the age of 10, he got his first break by creating the music album -’3’. Anirudh did his tutoring from the Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan after that he moved to Loyola College, Chennai in 2011. He learned piano from Trinity College of Music London and did his sound designing confirmation from sound-tech media in Chennai. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall. During his school days, he also entered a TV show that was made by A.R Rehman and his band was one of the champs among the 5 different groups. He was also granted as the Best Instrumentalist from his golden calf. 

In 2011 he made his debut in the Tamil industry. At that time he was 21 years old. His debut song ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’ was liked by audiences around the globe and also carved 152 million views on YouTube. After that he proceeded with many hit albums and up being one of the most well-known writers in South India. He has won 7 South Indian International Movie Awards and also a Filmfare Award South.
