Sangeerthana Vipin was born 6 November 2002 in Nileshwar, Kasaragod, Kerala. At the time of writing, she is aged 22 (2025). She started her life as an ordinary girl in Kerala but she had a close connection with music and art that can be synonymous with her acting skills.

Then she made her entry in Telugu cinema such as Narakasura (2023) where she played Veeramani and Operation Raavan (2024) as an investigative journalist, Amani. She played Haritha in Janaka Aithe Ganaka in 2024 and Dakshayani in her Tamil debut in Kaaduvetty in 2024. Her next Telugu movie Asuragana Rudra is being filmed.
