Savera Nadeem was born in the New Year of 1974 in Lahore. In 2025, she will have spent 51 years on this earth. She comes from a very creative background, which exposed her to literature, media, and the arts as a child. Savera did her schooling at Kinnaird College in Lahore, where she got her Master’s degree in English Literature. A., Also, to improve her skills, she went on to study directing at the National School of Drama in Delhi, India.

Savera Nadeem is a married mother of two, who is Rahil and Mohib. Although she keeps her private life out of the media’s view, she does speak of the value of family and achieving a balance between work and home. Gracious in presence and very down to earth, Savera has, through the years, kept a very low profile, although very much in the public eye.

At the age of 1,5, Savera took to the stage, which saw the release of her first PTV drama, Kiran, in 1989. Since then, she has had a very successful career as an actress, producer, and director. What sets her apart is her versatility, ty which is seen in the strong and complex female characters she plays.

In recent times, her body of work in dramas, which includes Wehem, Jaan-e-Jahan, and also the anthology series Dikhaw, has been very well received by the audience. She is also into playing matu, re complex characters,  which in turn brings out great emotion and authenticity to each of her performances. Throughout her career also she has also done several TV projects, which in turn also present an aspect of her multi-dimensional talent.
