This Greek god superstar has a huge fan following across the country & even abroad. He is often dubbed the complete actor - he can act well in all genres (romance, action, drama, comedy), dance well, and emote well. It is safe to say that despite his superstar reputation, he hasn't achieved his true potential - Bollywood's box office king. His choice of projects & lower workload in terms of movie releases is to blame. As per a source, a mythological movie was offered to him. It is based on a religious mythological figure. Considering the current nationalistic, religious climate in the country it is a safe bet. The movie will be helmed by a director with an awesome box office track record. His last release featured a star of smaller movies. Despite that, the movie went on to do blockbuster business & broke box office records. So it is befuddling why the Greek God would reject such a fail-proof project. His team too is angry with him over his movie choices. The movie will now star a talented actor whose star is rising at a steady pace.
The Greek God has captured the No.1 position at the Bollywood box office. But has been unable to sustain it for more than a year. Younger stars have now surged ahead. He does have an interesting lineup of movies. But considering he takes up barely 1 project a year, he needs his movies to work in a big way if he is serious about reaching the very top. Anything below that is a sheer waste of his talent & his looks. We hope the superstar reads this & pulls up his socks.
