Bollywood Blind Item: Superstar Wants A Third Movie In Franchise

This superstar & a top director worked in an action drama that released two years back. It was a blockbuster success & a sequel was mentioned in the end of the movie. As per a source, the superstar who is now the biggest Bollywood star at the box office has been nudging the director to make it a three part franchise & not end it after the second installment. The director is currently working on another movie which stars India's biggest office draw & is very busy. He will start working on the sequel only after the release of his next project which is scheduled to release sometime next year. The Bollywood superstar believes that the movie has enough meat to make it a three part series & the filmmaker. The Bollywood superstar is delighted with the world the filmmaker has created & wants to milk the movie's success. The director too is convinced with the superstar's vision, but we won't know about the fate of the movie's third part until late next year.

The Bollywood superstar is likley taking a leaf out of his arch rival's recent blockbuster spy thriller. The movie was supposed to a 3hr+ flick without any sequel whatsoever. But the director realized that it had enough meat to make it into a two part series instead of a standalone flick. It is now a foregone conclusion that the sequel will be a monster hit which will set several box office records. The Bollywood numero uno too wants to do something similar with his own blockbuster franchise. He has several big movies helmed by talented filmmakers lined up over the next few years. Another movie with the maverick South Indian filmmaker will only cement his position at the top.
