Bollywood Blind Item: Superstar's Growing Insecurity

This superstar & permanent A-lister has been one of the top superstars of Bollywood for the past three decades. His PR wants us to believe that he has been the undisputed no.1 for all this while, but box office figures tell a different story. His tales of insecurity are legendary. As per a source, he has gone on a PR overdrive after the blockbuster success of a recently released spy thriller starring a relatively younger superstar. His PR has been paying huge sums to fuel an online narrative of him still being the biggest superstar of Bollywood. His PR is easily one of the most toxic PR's of Bollywood often being downright insulting towards other stars. But his PR seems to have gone overboard by paying off a top film magazine to push the narrative of the superstar still being the "King" of Bollywood. The industry is shocked by the blatant favoritism of the reputed film magazine's digital handle. The film magazine has ended up coming off as pliable & biased. The editor of the magainze is known to be the superstar's crony. Nobody can deny that he is one of the best actors Bollywood has produced in its history. But such acts are hurting his image. Performances of stars is all matters to the audience, PR doesn't add up to much.

The superstar has been often criticized for using his PR machinery to anoint himself as the "biggest" star. Several of his rivals have mocked him in their interviews for this habit. His ex-BFF & rumored beau too slyly mentioned his insecure demeanor on his chat show. One would expect him to mellow down with age, but that has not been the case. He once referred to one his closest competitiors as a waiter & another competitor as a convict when he was denied entry to a film's launch party starring these two actors. But for all his insecurity & arrogance, people who meet him can't seem to stop singing his praises. He is a thorough professional & extremely dedicated towards his work. His success is no fluke. At a time when most stars refused to give interviews, he never shied from one. His witty interviews combined with payoffs to film journos made him a media darling. But he needs to tone down his PR game by several notches & not come across as an immature teenager now that he is a senior citizen!
