We saw the spy thriller on the 1st day & were delighted with the movie. The movie stayed with us for days after we saw it. Such is its brilliance. Many conspired against the movie & many hoped to see it fail, but the movie is on its way to becoming the biggest Bollywood hit of the year. Rival fan accounts are haplessly spewing venom against the movie, but the audience is in awe of it. Surprisingly, many movie reviewers gave the movie negative reviews. One among them is a top entertainment journalist & the wife of a top filmmaker. A few days after the movie's release & widespread acceptance, she deleted her review. As per a source, the entertainment journalist wrote the review for the Indian edition of a global entertainment brand. Turns out the billionaire who owns the music rights of the spy thriller also owns the entertainment brand in India. The billionaire had an issue with his own employee running down a movie he had invested in.

The stupendous acceptance of the movie among & the movie-going audience will hopefully force a rethink among Bollywood's studios. Many are expressing disgust over a top studio's reluctance to call out the evil & devious ways of the enemy country. The relevance of the entertainment journalist in question was called out by a renowned character actor. She & her ilk have time & again gotten the pulse of the audiences wrong. Many of the movies that they have dismissed as badly made have turned out to be hits. The spy thriller in question was given negative reviews by not one but several journalists. But the audience seems not to care for the reviewers of these out-of-sync journalists. Guess it's time for the studios & film journalists to do a hard rethink.
