Bollywood Blind Item: This Actress Has Managed To Become An Insider
We had earlier written about how this actress managed to stay afloat despite a big shot filmmaker & his protegee trying to sabotage her career. Turns out the actress has managed to get powerful men to back her & is now a bonafide Bollywood insider. She first slept with a superstar philanderer & managed to get him on her side. Sleeping with the superstar also led to further backing from a top producer - with whom she had slept earlier to land her debut film. When this top producer & the big shot filmmaker(who wanted to destroy the actress' career) were collaborating for a big budget production, the top producer wanted the actress to do an item song, but the elitist filmmaker wanted one of his star kid protegees to do the item song. But the top producer prevailed over the elitist filmmaker as he was the major financier for the movie. But it is said that this has led to souring of the relationship between the top producer & the elitist filmmaker. They are in no mood to work with each other anytime soon.
While the elitist filmmaker may afford to choose the producers he collaborates with for co-productions, truth is that a lot is riding on his upcoming projects. A major big budget production has been in the making for several years & has gone over budget. There is no clarity on his next directorial venture either. His deal with a streaming giant is the only bright spot in the past few years. His last few shows & movies which released on the streaming giant were well received by the critics, audiences alike. The top producer on the other hand is a genius when it comes to picking projects. His productions rarely flop. Most of his movies are huge money spinners.
