Did Sridevi Have An Affair With Mithun?

Two years ago when Sridevi died, her demise had caught all the hearts of the nation. Her death had involved several controversies where several parties including her husband Boney Kapoor were also blamed. Not only her death but her marriage and love affair with Boney Kapoor had included several controversies; one of which also included Mithun Chakraborty in it.

Before Sridevi married Boney Kapoor, her name was also tied to Mithun Chakraborty and they were also rumoured to have secretly married each other in 1985 for three years, although Mithun was already a husband of Yogeeta.

Things between Sridevi and Mithun were so serious that Yogeeta also thought of attempting suicide on hearing their affair. Soon, Sridevi realized that Mithun had not divorced Yogeeta and was still married to her. 

In 1988, Sridevi got their marriage annulled and things went back to normal in Mithun’s married life, whereas Sridevi married Boney Kapoor and delivered her first daughter Jahnvi Kapoor.
