Jaipur, Anyone who has visited to the Suryagarh palace hotel in Jaisalmer knows that it sprawls across 65 acres with several gardens, which, in the best of times, exposes the property to anyone who might want to slip in.
Because of this exposure, and the high celebrity value of the guests, including the country's richest heiress Isha Ambani, who are expected at the Siddharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani wedding, there is unprecedented security in and around the hotel.
Three security firms are involved in the exercise. According to sources, security guards are stationed with weapons all around Suryagarh and using mobile phone is simply not allowed.
The sources said that entering the hotel without any invitation is impossible.
The entire team is focused on ensuring that neither of their wedding photos are leaked.
This is significant in light of the chatter about an OTT platform getting the rights to make a movie on the marriage, similar to the one done by Netflix on the Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan nuptials.
Sid-Kiara has assigned responsibility for security management to three agencies. Yaseen Khan, Shahrukh Khan's former bodyguard, runs one.
More than 100 guards of this agency have been stationed in the hotel. They will be responsible for the security of approximately 150 guests attending the wedding.
Guards have been placed outside each guest room and around the hotel.
The chiefs of the 3 firms had inspected Suryagarh before Sid-Kiara's arrival. On Saturday a separate team of 15 to 20 security guards from Mumbai reached Jaisalmer. In addition, 25 to 30 additional guards have been hired to protect Isha Ambani.
On top of that, the local police are ensuring that no crowds gather around the hotel at any time.
