Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan to get a pay cut for this shocking reason!

Very popular controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss 16’ has been hitting the headlines ever since it went on the floors. Even further, host Salman Khan’s fee for this new upcoming season has been a hot topic of discussion. Whereas earlier it was reported that Khan will be charging Rs. 1000 crore for the show, new reports claimed that the superstar will be getting fees less than the last season. As per the most recent buzz, the Dabangg actor will be taking a pay cut for the sixteenth season.

As per reports by Midday, Bigg Boss OTT won’t be returning with its second season as sponsors faced short of the expected revenue from the first season which was hosted by Karan Johar. Subsequently, Salman will not get a fee hike, as an alternative he will get a pay cut. The report also added that for hosting Bigg Boss 15, the 56-year-old actor took Rs 350 crore and if the most recent reports are to be believed, Khan will be paid less than this for BB16. Although until now there is no official confirmation regarding Salman’s paycheck for the upcoming season.

Previously, a report in Financial Express stated that Salman asked for a pay hike this year, three times additional than what he got for Bigg Boss 15 and the makers agreed. In the interim, talking about BB16, the first promo of the show is out and showed Salman teasing fans saying for the first time in these 15 years, Bigg Boss is going to show his game.
