JANHVI KAPOOR to play a BIHARI MIGRANT who gets trapped in a DRUG WAR between a PUNJABI and HARYANVI DRUG CARTEL in the Hindi Remake of Tamil film 'KOLAMAAVU KOKILA', titled as 'GOOD LUCK JERRY', which is directed by SIDDHARTH SENGUPTA (Balika Vadhu, Apaharan, Yeh Kaali Kaali Aankhen) and produced by AANAND L RAI and LYCA PRODUCTIONS.

The film will be a DIRECT TO DIGITAL Release instead of a THEATRICAL one and will see JANHVI's character as a Street Smart Labourer in PUNJAB who gets trapped into this Drug War as a COURIER and has to protect her family with MITA VASHISHT playing her mother while making a lot of money and getting out of this Cartel business. The film also stars DEEPAK DOBRIYAL, SUSHANT SINGH and NEERAJ SOOD in leading roles and the shoot has already wrapped up with a due release in Second Half of 2022.
