Farzi trailer, starring Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi, is all about 'paise ka khel'- WATCH

After a lot of anticipation, actors Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi have released the trailer of their forthcoming series Farzi. The trailer appears to be quite interesting and we are really looking forward to watching it. According to the trailer video, Farzi is all about ‘paise ka khel’ as Shahid and Vijay get into the intense Chase game of fake and real.
The trailer begins with Sunny (Shahid) who is an excellent small-time artist ranting about the rich and the poor. He hates the fact that rich people are getting richer while poor people are getting poorer. He considers himself to be in the ‘middle-finger’ class and wants to get above that. Later, he misuses his talent by making fake notes and released them in the markets. When he creates the perfect fake currency note, he is catapulted into the high-stakes world of counterfeiting.
On the other hand, Michael (Vijay), a fiery, unconventional task Force officer, gets involved in a mission and attempts to track him down. He aspires to rid the country of the counterfeiting menace. In this exciting cat-and-mouse race, losing is not an option. Michael is busy cracking his code while Sunny is busy minting money. The chase game will undoubtedly lead to an epic face-off that will undoubtedly be witnessed after the series is been released on the OTT platform.
In the trailer, we also get to see Kay Kay Menon and Raashii Khanna , putting all of their best. Farzi also features Bhuvan Arora, Zakir Hussain, Chittranjan Giri, Jaswant Singh Dalal AND Amol Palekar and Kubbra Sait and Regina Cassandra. Raj & DK has directed and written the series .
This is the first time the Jersey star is working with The Family Man creators as well as the South superstar Vijay Sethupathi. The release date for Farzi is February 10.
