Ileana D'Cruz To Be Seen In A Web Series Produced By Applause

APPLAUSE ENTERTAINMENT has signed ILEANA D' CRUZ for their 17th Foreign show adaptation, thereby backing ILEANA's debut in the world of web series

The show is another Indian adaptation of a show produced by BBC STUDIOS and this adaptation will be helmed by KARISHMA KOHLI (The Fame Game), who was a long term associate of KABIR KHAN on the films being directed by him for YRF

APPLAUSE and BBC STUDIOS have been working together for many years and are currently working on the adaptation of 2013's Psychological thriller 'THE FALL' whose Indian adaptation will star REGINA CASSANDRA and SAQIB SALEEM in the lead with NAGESH KUKONOOR directing the adaptation, and have recently locked ILEANA for their next collaboration.

APPLAUSE  is currently working on release their adaptation of Israeli Spy drama 'FAUDA' titled 'TANAAV' on SONY LIV as well as have recently announced a Web series on a book which chronicles the '90 Day Manhunt' by CBI to catch the assassins which led to the death of RAJIV GANDHI

For ILEANA, her next release is also backed by APPLAUSE along with ELLIPSIS ENTERTAINMENT (Atul Kasbekar and Tanuj Garg), a Slice of Life film on Relationships titled 'LOVERS' which stars Pratik Gandhi, Vidya Balan in lead roles and will now be a DIRECT TO DIGITAL RELEASE.
