Is Akshay Kumar the Only Reason Behind Prithviraj's Failure?

Did you watch Akshay Kumar's recent release with Manushi Chillar? Prithviraj is the debut film of Manushi Chillar and didn't do well. We were expecting a lot from the film but it was a clear failure. 

What do you think is the reason behind the film not doing good? Is Akshay Kumar the only reason behind Prithviraj's failure? Well, he is one of the reasons but not the only reason. The director Chandraprakash Dwivedi doesn't have a great track record at the box office. At first, they wanted to cast Sunny Deol, which could have been a terrible choice as he has no box office standing. Then Aditya Chopra too did not promote the movie. All 3 are to be blamed. Isn't it?

Akshay should have given the project more time & not worked on 5 projects simultaneously. Some projects need more time and attention. Prithviraj was one of such prjects where things could have been better. The makers could have promoted it more and actors could have given it some more time. As we see Akshay doing 4-5 films together, that can be the reason of the failure.
