Kartik Aaryan to Replace Akshay Kumar in Hera Pheri 3

KARTIK AARYAN will replace AKSHAY KUMAR and will join SUNIEL SHETTY and PARESH RAWAL in the next film under HERA PHERI franchise. He will reprise the role of RAJU in it, while SUNIEL and PARESH will reprise their iconic characters of SHYAM and BABURAO APTE in the next film as well

The title has NOT been locked yet, but its been speculated that this film is likely to be a REBOOT and signal 'New Beginning' under this franchise. The talks are undergoing with ANEES BAZMEE to come on board as Director for this film, but it has NOT been confirmed as of yet. Their could be possibility of another Actor being cast as RAJU in this film or KARTIK might play a DOUBLE ROLE as well, depending upon what the script warrants from this iconic role. NADIADWALA wanted AKSHAY KUMAR to lead the next film in HERA PHERI series as well, but it did NOT work out and KUMAR decided to walk away from this film as well as sequel of AAWARA PAAGAL DEEWANA and third film in WELCOME series

KARTIK is currently shooting for SATYAPREM KI KATHA, co-starring KIARA ADVANI and has also signed CAPTAIN INDIA (Hansal Mehta), PYAAR KA PUNCHNAMA 3, AASHIQUI 3 (Anurag Basu) as well as KABIR KHAN's next film.
