Lokesh Kanagaraj Announces Kaithi Sequel

LOKESH KANAGARAJ, after the success of VIKRAM, has officially announced the sequel to KAITHI and it is expected that the sequel would likely to go under production after he wraps up THALAPATHY67 with THALAPATHY VIJAY in the lead

In a Q&A, Lokesh confirmed that ANBU played by ARJUN DAS survived the blow in the climax caused by a Fire Extinguisher and KAITHI 2 could focus on DILLI taking on drug lords ANBU and ADAIKULUM, eventually gearing up to take on ROLEX played by SURIYA, revealed in the end of VIKRAM

KAITHI 2 could be followed by VIKRAM 2, which would see KAMAL HAASAN's character VIKRAM taking on ROLEX alongside FAAHAD FAASIL's character AMAR and maybe, a potential to integrate DILLI's character in Vikram 2 as well.
