Last year saw the rise of regional cinema, acceptance of unorthodox Bollywood films, and adoration for many of the younger generation of celebrities. Eastern Eye offers the latest yearly list of 30 under 30 Asian celebs who have made an impact in the year 2022, celebrating the achievements of these young and renowned musicians. While several stars from last year's list, such as Alia Bhatt, Ahan Shetty, musician Armaan Malik, and American-South actress Avantika Vandanapu, have held their positions this year, new names added to the list include Alaya F, Akhil Akkineni, and national crush Rashmika Mandanna.
