This one was of the most surprising yet loved weddings of the year. We didn't know if the news was true till the date of the wedding. They had a very entimate ceremony with only close friends and family. The wedding was done in the balcony of their house. Alia opted for a beautiful and elegant, white and golden saree. Ranbir twinned with her. 

Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli

Anushka and Kohli were the one who actually started the trend of intimate weddings. They left everyone surprised when they made it official through Instagram. The couple opted for pastel shades. She wore floral lehenga and Virat wore white embroidered sherwani.

Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal

This was yet another surprising weddings of the time. It created a huge buzz because we didn't even have the confirmation of the actors dating and we directing saw their wedding pictures. Katrina wore a red lehenga and Vicky opted for a printed sherwani and heavy pearl necklace.
