Kartik Aaryan, a Bollywood actor who made his playing debut in Pyaar Ka Punchnama in 2011, is currently preparing for the release of Shehzada, a remake of the Telugu classic Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. In the middle of this, the most recent information is that he has rented out Shahid Kapoor's apartment in the Praneta building on Juhu Tara Road.
Kapoor reportedly bought the home in 2014 before marrying Mira Rajput and welcoming their daughter Misha Kapoor. The building's proximity to Juhu Beach is its main selling point. They stayed in the apartment up until last year, when they moved to an opulent new duplex in Mumbai's Worli neighbourhood.
Shahid Kapoor reportedly owns a 3,681 square foot apartment in the Praneta building that also comes with two parking spaces, according to a story in the Hindustan Times. The agreement stipulated that the rent would rise by 7% per year. Kartik Aaryan is currently the tenant of the apartment.
The actor from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will make rent payments of Rs. 7.5 lakh per month for the first 12 months, Rs. 8.02 lakh for the next year, and Rs. 8.58 lakh for the next year. The actor has provided a 45 lakh security deposit. The stamp duty and registration for the 36-month lease transaction were finished on January 12, 2023. According to documents found on zapkey.com, Mala Tiwari, the mother of Kartik Aaryan, was contacted on Shahid's behalf by Mira Kapoor, the actor's wife.
