Sonakshi Sinha Revealed:How She Struggles to Lose Weight Gained for "Double XL"

Recently, her movie "Double XL" along with Huma Qureshi hit the cinema. And according to the plot, she gained weight for this movie. Now, she shares her experience with weight gain. She gained it easily but it was difficult to lose.
She took two months to put on weight, but the hardest part was getting rid of those additional pounds. In a chat with IANS, Sonakshi discussed how her physique changed for the movie "Although it didn't take me long to gain weight—two months—it took me a year to lose the weight I had gained. There are two approaches. Either you hold it out suitably or you don't. I chose a healthier route, nevertheless."
