According to sources close to the production, the casting for the film has been finalised, and production will begin early next year. Ashim Ahluwalia will direct the film, titled 'A Girl In The Yellow Suitcase.'

National Award Recipient Ashim Ahluwalia is the acclaimed director of John and Jane, Miss Lovely, Daddy, and his most recent short film, Palace of Horrors, which is part of the anthology The Field Guide to Evil.

We attempted to contact Vaani Kapoor's team, but they were unavailable to comment.
