Taapsee Pannu Signed By Sunil Khetarpal's Revenge Thriller

Producer SUNIR KHETERPAL has signed TAAPSEE PANNU and RAKUL PREET SINGH for his next productions for 2023 release, to be included in his current slate of films like BLOODY DADDY (Shahid Kapoor), DOBAARA (Taapsee Pannu), Hindi Remake of THE INTERN (Amitabh Bachchan) and Netflix film 'THE PENTHOUSE' (Abbas-Mustan)

TAAPSEE PANNU' film will be a REVENGE THRILLER which will be directed by VIJAY LALWANI (Karthik Calling Karthik) and will mark her third collaboration with KHETERPAL after BADLA and DOBAARA. She is currently working on RAJKUMAR HIRANI's film 'DUNKI' and will join the sets on Lalwani's film in AUGUST 2022 for a 2023 release

RAKUL PREET SINGH, on the other hand, will star in a SLICE OF LIFE Drama and it will be directed by NIKHIL MAHAJAN (Betaal). This film will be set in MUMBAI and will also go on floors in JULY 2022 for a 2023 release as well

TAAPSEE has 4 films due to release in 2022 - Anurag Kashyap’s DOBARRAA, Arshad Syed's WOH LADKI HAI KAHAAN?, Ajay Bahl’s BLURR, and Srijit Mukherji’s sports biopic SHABAASH MITHU ready for release. She also has Rajkumar Hirani’s DUNKI with Shah Rukh Khan in her kitty slated for 2023 release.

RAKUL PREET, meanwhile, also has 4 Releases lined up in 2022 after the recently released Attack and Runway 34. She will next be seen in Ronnie Screwvala’s social-comedy CHHATRIWALI, directed by Tejas Deokar, which tells the story of a chemistry graduate who ends up accepting the job of a quality tester for condoms. She will then be seen alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and Shefali Shah in Junglee Pictures’ DOCTOR G (Anubhuti Kashyap) and Indra Kumar’s comedy caper THANK GOD, co-starring Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra. Rakul Preet also plays a pivotal role in Akshay Kumar starrer MISSION CINDRELLA (Ranjit Tewari) which will soon premiere directly on Disney+Hotstar.
