Tabu & Sohum Majumder To Star In Dinesh Vijan's Teachers Day

TABU and SOHUM MAJMUDER (Kabir Singh) have been signed to play the leading roles in DINESH VIJAN's (Maddock Films) next production titled 'TEACHERS DAY' which will be directed by MIKHIL MUSALE (Wrong Side Raju, Made In China) and will go on floors in AUGUST 2022 in PUNE

TABU will play the role of a TEACHER, for the first time in her career, who is an unpredictable and mysterious character in this THRILLER. She was supposed to play a TEACHER in a UTV's film titled 'BOMBAY HIGH' in 2007 alongside R MADHAVAN, which was supposed to be directorial debut of NUPUR ASTHANA (Mujhse Fraandship Karoge, Bewakoofiyan) and was based on TEENAGE ISSUES, but the film got SHELVED. TABU will join the sets after wrapping up shoot of AJAY DEVGN starrer 'BHOLAA' in HYDERABAD and has already completed shooting her portions of 'DRISHYAM 2' (Abhishek Pathak), 'KHUFIYA' (Vishal Bhardawaj) and 'KUTTEY' (Aasman Bharadwaj).
