'The Great Indian Kitchen' Remake Starring Sanya Malhotra To Be Produced By Harman Baweja

BAWEJA MOVIES has won the bidding war for acquiring the right to remake Malayalam sleeper hit 'THE GREAT INDIAN KITCHEN' in Hindi language.
Led by HARMAN BAWEJA and VICKY BAHRI, BAWEJA MOVIES is set to resume producing Hindi films after 8 years with this remake which will be directed by ARATI KADAV (Cargo). The makers have already locked SANYA MALHOTRA in to play the role of NIMISHA SAJAYAN in the remake and is currently working on zeroing other actors for the film as well. Set in a traditional patriachal family, this JEO BABY directorial deals with a Folk dancer being reduced to a mere server of family's kitchen and her attempts to understand and break away from her state. The writing for the remake has already begun and is likely to undergo into production in second half of 2022.
