Why Sara, Ibrahim, Taimur, Jeh Won't Inherit Saif Ali Khan's Pataudi Palace Explained!

Saif Ali Khan is the Nawab of Bollywood and he is undoubtedly the richest actor in the industry. He comes from a royal family and his total wealth has been calculated as Rs.5000 Crore. He has inherited the Pataudi Palace which is situated in Haryana apart from other properties situated in Bhopal. But interestingly, none of these huge and valuable properties will be inherited by the Bollywood actor's children. Saif Ali Khan has 4 kids, 2 with his ex-wife Amrita Singh and 2 with his current wife Kareena Kapoor Khan. Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, and Jeh Ali Khan will not inherit the Pataudi palace, and here's the reason why!

According to reports, the Pataudi Palace and other properties of the Pataudi family fall under the Enemy Disputes Act of the Indian Government, which is a quite controversial act. If someone opposes and claims that the property under the Act belongs to them, they need to move to the High Court, then the Supreme Court, and finally the President. Apart from this issue, Saif Ali Khan's great grandfather, Hamidullah Khan, did not make any testament to his assets, which is why there might be some disagreements within the family regarding the properties. This is the reason why Sara Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan, and Jeh Ali Khan will not inherit any of the Pataudi properties!
