Zoya Akhtar On Being Nervous About Making The Archies

Zoya Khan's Netflix Original, The Archies, has been in the news much before its release. There were some leaked pictures from the sets of the movie that kindled curiosity in the audience. And a few days back when Zoya Akhtar finally revealed a short teaser of the feature film, word spread like wildfire that The Archies were back, and that too in India! The reason people are so excited and curious about this movie is undoubtedly the cast, and of course, the fact that it is nostalgic. There are many debutants in the movie, starting from Sridevi's younger daughter Khushi Kapoor, to Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana. No doubt the audience is excited about the film!

However, Zoya Akhtar recently expressed how she was nervous about making the film. She stated that The Archies is globally loved and she wishes to hit the right nostalgic spots for the generation that grew up with it. But at the same time, Zoya wants to make sure that young adults of the present generation enjoy the movie and find it relatable.
