Abhishek Bachchan Discloses How He Was Criticized By Ajay Devgn
The promo of the Kapil Sharma Show has featured one of its special guests, Abhishek Bachchan spilling beans on the fact that Ajay Devgn had angrily telephoned him after he was diagnosed with Covid-19 last year.
It is for the promotion of the film “The Big Bull” that Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn are set to make their appearance on the Kapil Sharma along with their co-stars, Sohum Shah and Nikita Dutta. The Big Bull is the next project of Abhishek Bachchan after his lead role in the much acclaimed series, Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story. The Junior B has artfully dramatized the life of late stock broker in the series.
When Kapil Sharma questioned Abhishek, “What did you do during the lockdown”, he laughed and wittily answered, “We did corona”. The entire Bachchan family, except Jaya Bachchan, had all tested positive for Covid-19, following which they were hospitalized for a few days.
Abhishek will be seen confessing in the show that his Big Bull producer, Ajay Devgn has passed several projects like Bol Bachchan, The Big Bull and some other films to his credit. He mentions that those films were offered to Ajay Devgn first, who refused and instead recommended them to work with Abhishek.
Abhishek narrates how Ajay was the first to angrily call him after his diagnosis and said, “What is this? What is going on? How has this happened to you?” and humorously added that then a certain realization dawned upon him after the call. It was five or six days before his hospitalization that he had met Ajay Devgn.
So, let’s gear up for one of the latest films of the year, The Big Bull set to release on Disney+ Hotstar. Read more:
