Alia tied the knot with Ranbir Kapoor in April 2022 and soon after their marriage the couple announced their pregnancy. In Novemeber 2023, they welcomed their first child, little angel Raha. Currently, Alia is on her maternity leave taking care of her newborn. The couple has been trying to spend most of their time with the baby. Alia attended an event and interacted with the media. 

A journalist asked her if she will slow down her career on the arrival of her daughter and to this she replied that it is possible. We also had Varun in the event and he said that she is never going to show down and to this Alia justified that her first priority is her baby girl, Raha and when it comes to work and films, she prefers quality above quantity. 

We saw Alia last in Brahmastra with Ranbir and it was a blockbuster. She has a lot of projects coming up which has been completed before the baby from Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani to Jee Le Zaara. 

The couple had requested the paps to not click pictures of their baby as of now but they showed some pictures to the paps.
