A publication was recently slammed by Anushka Sharma on Wednesday for the interference of the media in her and her husband Virat Kohli’s personal life. She shared a picture of Virat Kohli and herself sitting on their balcony, captured by a journalist, and asked the media house to cease their efforts involved in invading her privacy. She tweeted with utter disappointment, “Stop this right now” and mentioned that the photographer has been interfering in her daily life despite her requests to stop the same.
The actress, is expecting her first child with Virat Kohli, and has been in the limelight ever since she announced her pregnancy. It is not that Anushka Sharma does not actively share her maternity routine on her Instagram account and often gets spotted at clinics and at shoots. However, the media publications cause continuous disruptions, expecting to click rare glimpses of the couple, which is indeed embarrassing for Virat and Anushka.
A few days prior to this incident, she had posted her photo with her dog, resting on their floor. She captioned the pic: “Serial chillers in the house.”
It was in August that the couple announced their pregnancy with a sweet note: “And then we were three! Arriving January 2021.” She had made this announcement, posting an adorable picture of Virat and herself, holding her baby bump.
The talented actress has starred in box-office hits like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, PK, Sultan, and Sui Dhaga. The actress turned producer has the Netflix film Bulbbul and Amazon Prime web-series Paatal Lok to her credit.
