Arjun Rampal’s Brother-In-Law Agisilaos Demetriades Arrested By NCB

Arjun Rampal’s wife, Gabriella Demetriades’ brother, Agisilaos Demetriades was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau in the recent drugs case on Friday. The 30-year old South African national was found in his Lonavala resort with banned drugs such as marijuana and alprazolam.

Data inferred from the electronic device of Demetriades who was into marketing bags and apparel showed that he was in contact with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s domestic helper Dipesh Sawant and his manager Samuel Miranda, who was also arrested in the drug case. Apart from these two, Demetriades was also in contact with Anuj Keswani and Dwayne Fernandes, who was earlier arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau, for being a part of the drug syndicate.

Demetriades’ arrest is the 23rd arrest by NCB on the claim that Demetriades is a part of a major drug syndicate in Bollywood. The agency has provided three-day custody to Agisilaos to unravel his entire supply chain in Bollywood.

There have been no official statements made by his sister Gabriella Demetriades and her husband Arjun Rampal. NCB had earlier arrested the actor Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty on the claims of being a part of a major drug syndicate in Bollywood. Actors Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, and Shraddha Kapoor were also inquired in the case which began with the initiation of the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
