Best Sriram Raghavan Films to Watch in 2021

Sriram Raghavan is a great filmmaker. He isn't known by his name but with his work. The story structure of most of his work is very engaging and intense. If you analyse, you will find the same theme in his films but they have a different apprach. Today, I will be talking about some of his films which are my favourite. 

5. AGENT VINOD (2012)

This is an amazing movie with a lot of suspense, thrill and adventure. The stroy is of a RAW agent who is a mission and passes by with the help of clues. It stars Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The agent tries to do many things at once which makes the story a bit confusing but later yuo will find everything clear. The film has too many locations, I think some of could have been excuded. There are some awkward camra angles which feel like the cut shoots. Overall, the story is good but the film tried to show many tihngs at once. 

4. EK HASINA THI (2004)

This is Raghavan's introduction to the film structure. It is a love story then turns into a revenge thriller. You will enjoy the characters and specially Urmila. It has Saif Ali Khan as the lead actor. It is an all thrill movie which can be scary at some sceens. I enjoyed the movie.
 

3. BADLAPUR (2015)

I have always been a Varun Dhawan fan and this is one of my favourite movies of him. Before this film, I have always seenhim in comedy and jolly characters, this was a diffrent angle of him. Nawazuddin also gave a fabulous performance in the film. The story isn't that unique, it's a love story where the woman (Yami Gautam) is killed by the villian and later the hero (Varun) goes out to take revenge. 

2. ANDHADHUN (2018)

This was one of the most surprising movies for me. I have always been good at guessing what would happen next in a film, but here, I was literally clueless. I would not elaborate much as that could end up being a spoiler. Ican just say, do watch the movie and you will be amazed. It stars, Ayushman Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Tabu. 

1. JOHNNY GADDAAR (2007)

It is one of the excellent works of Sriram. The palces in the film are real and the story structure is the constributing element. This is a great thriller movie which revolves around traveeling. It stars Niel Nitin Mukesh. I am not his fan but ya I like him in this character.
