Jai Ho is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language political action-drama film directed by Sohail Khan and produced under his banner, Sohail Khan Productions. Sunil Lulla co-produced the film through Eros Worldwide, which also handled its distribution. The film is a remake of the Telugu movie Stalin, and it draws inspiration from the American drama Pay It Forward. The cast includes Salman Khan, Tabu, Daisy Shah, Danny Denzongpa, Sana Khan, and Aditya Pancholi, with cameo appearances by Sunil Shetty and Genelia D'Souza.

Released on January 24, 2014, during the Republic Day weekend, Jai Ho received a mix of reviews from audiences. It grossed approximately ₹195 crore (US $23 million) at the box office, making it the sixth highest-grossing Bollywood film of that year.
