Plot Summary: Shivaay, a skilled mountaineer, makes a living by guiding tourists on treks and climbs. He saves a Bulgarian tourist, Olga, from an avalanche, and they fall in love. When Olga becomes pregnant, she decides not to keep the child, but Shivaay convinces her to give him the baby, promising not to stop her from leaving. Nine years later, Shivaay lives happily with his mute daughter, Gaura. However, Gaura discovers that her mother is alive and in Bulgaria, and insists on visiting her. Despite his reservations, Shivaay agrees to take Gaura to Bulgaria, where he rescues a child from human traffickers. Seeking help from the Indian Embassy, he is assigned to Anushka, but Gaura is kidnapped by the traffickers, led by crime lord Ustinov and his accomplice Changez.
Shivaay pursues the kidnappers but is arrested by the Bulgarian police, accused of murder and trafficking. Believing the officers in the police van to be the same traffickers, he attacks them, causing the van to fall off a dam. Although the police assume he is dead, Shivaay survives due to his skills. Anushka, initially misunderstanding Shivaay, agrees to help him after realizing his innocence. Together, they confront Ustinov’s gang and rescue Gaura, who was being taken to be sold into the human trafficking trade.
Shivaay fights Changez, who is revealed to be Captain Nikolai of the Bulgarian police, and kills him in the mountains. Although Shivaay initially decides to leave Gaura with Olga and her wealthy Bulgarian husband, believing she will have a better life, Gaura chases after him at the airport, upset that he would leave her behind. Shivaay apologizes, and they reunite.
