The original Coolie No.1 starring Govinda & Karishma Kapoor was a smash hit. It had killer punch lines, which are popular even today. The remake like the original too is directed by David Dhawan.

The remake stars Varun Dhawan & Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles. From the trailer we could make out that the movie has ample one-liners to tickle the audiences’ funny bone. Varun Dhawan seems to be in fine form in the trailer. His ATM joke is sure to go viral. Javed Jaffrey seems to be playing the role which was essayed by Sadashiv Amrapurkar in the original. Sara Ali Khan barely has a dialogue in the trailer. But she manages to look ravishing. Paresh Rawal is seen essaying the role which Kader Khan played in the original.

Verdict

The trailer definitely looks promising. We can’t wait to watch the movie when it releases on 25th December.
