EXCLUSIVE: Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan’s Project K will be released in 2 parts

 
Over the past few months, several updates about the Nag Ashwin directed Project K, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhasand, Deepika Padukone are in lead. According to reports, Project K will be made in 2 parts.

 

Project K goes the Bahubali route 

 

According to the source, the shooting for the first part is already completed and the team is at present shooting for the second part of Project K. Both the parts are being shot concurrently and the two movies will release in a short interval of less than a year. The team is confident in their content, so they shot two parts in one day. It's similar to what Mani Ratnam did with PS 1 and PS 2. Part one of the film is currently in post-production, with VFX artists working on the footage while the production team is busy on the sets shooting part two
Deepika Padukone's character kept under wraps
Project K is being scheduled as an April 2024 release, and the team is expected to do an official announcement about the release date as also the franchise elements soon. All the details of Deepika Padukone’s character has been kept unknown for now, but the makers insist that she is the surprise package of the movie, playing a role that no female lead has ever played on the big screen. Prior to Project K, Prabhas will appear in Adipurush and Salaar, both of which are scheduled for release in 2023. We will have more information on Prabhas soon.
