Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao updated fans about their next movie, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, on social media on Sunday. The sports drama's filming was completed. One of the most anticipated films is it. After Roohi, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi will be Janhvi and Rajkummar's second joint project. The actors announced the wrap on their Instagram story.

Janhvi shared a sunset picture with her fans and wrote, "It's a wrap. #MrandMrsMahi." The movie, directed by Sharan Sharma, is supported by Karan Johar and centreqs on cricket. Earlier, Janhvi was seen intensely prepping and honing her cricket skills for her part. She even sustained an injury while the movie was being filmed. Rajkummar too shared the update on his tale and commented, "And it's a wrap for us." 

 

 

The official handle of Dharma Movies also took to Instagram and shared a picture of the film's clapboard. They added, "AND IT'S A WRAP FOR MR. & MRS. MAHI!" alongside it. We look forward to seeing you soon in a nearby theater as we enter the last innings. 

 

Following the announcement of the news, fans were seen showing their excitement. Fan wrote, "Can't wait." Another supporter said, "Excited To See." 

 

The movie's release date has not yet been disclosed by the producers.

In addition to this, Janhvi also stars Varun Dhawan in Bawaal. It'll be her first endeavor with him. On October 6, 2023, the Nitesh Tiwari-directed film is scheduled to open in theaters. She is a member of Jr. NTR's NTR 30 as well. She only recently began filming for the picture. Rajkummar, on the other hand, is working on Stree 2. He recently made the movie announcement. Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee will also appear in it. Alaya F is also a co-star in SRI for him.
