Farhan Akhtar & Rakul Preet To Star In Ashutosh Gowariker' Pukar

FARHAN AKHTAR and RAKUL PREET SINGH have been locked to play lead roles in ASHUTOSH GOWARIKER's 'PUKAR' which will be produced by ASHUTOSH and FARHAN along with RITESH SIDHWANI (AGPPL and Excel).
The movie is said to be a JUNGLE ADVENTURE DRAMA which will see South star JAGAPATHI BABU making his debut as an ANTAGONIST in the film and FARHAN will likely to play a FOREST RANGER in the film.
The movie will also witness JAVED AKHTAR's return to write Screenplay for a film after 15 YEARS owing to his desire to write a film set in FOREST and has finally managed to fulfill his desire. The film will go on floors in DECEMBER in MUMBAI and is tentatively scheduled for a late 2022 release.
As per recent news, RSVP's 'CHHATRIWALI' which was shelved earlier, has been revived back and is likely to go on floors in couple of days. Starring RAKULPREET in leading role, the film is a SOCIAL DRAMEDY based on de-stigmatizing the SALE AND USAGE OF CONDOM where she is likely to play role of a CONDOM SALES EXCUTIVE.
