Fatima Sana Shaikh & Sanya Malhotra To Be Seen In Vicky Kaushal's Sam Bahadur

DANGAL Girls - FATIMA SANA SHAIKH and SANYA MALHOTRA are set to reunite in VICKY KAUSHAL starrer 'SAM BAHADUR' to be produced by RONNIE SCREWVALA and directed by MEGHNA GULZAR.
Based on the life of SAM MANEKSHAW who was the Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, and the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of FIELD MARSHAL, the film will see SANYA playing the role of SILLOO MANEKSHAW, Wife of SAM MANEKSHAW while FATIMA will play the role of INDIRA GANDHI in the film.
The film is being co-written by MEGHNA GULZAR, BHAVANI IYER and SHANTANU SRIVASTAVA and will go on floors sometime in mid 2022 for a 2023 release. Both SANYA and FATIMA made their debut together in India's highest earning film on Box Office - DANGAL and are now starring in a film together after 6 years.
