Synopsis:


Gabbar Is Back is a 2015 Indian Hindi-language vigilante action film directed by Krish in his Hindi debut, written by Rajat Arora, and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. An official remake of A. R. Murugadoss's 2002 Tamil film Ramanaa stars Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan, with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Chitrangada Singh making guest appearances.


Plot:


Professor Aditya, alias "Gabbar," by profession is a college professor who turned out into a avenger after his wife, Sunaina, got killed in a horrific accident which was caused by corruption. Using his alias, he forms a vigilante group that eliminates corrupt officials systematically. As the group’s actions draw public support and media attention, they also attract the ire of powerful figures in the government and the underworld. With his friend Advocate Shruti and constable Sadhuram, Gabbar continues his fight against corruption, leading to a climactic showdown with the corrupt tycoon Digvijay Patil.
