Guess Who: Daddy Breaks Actor Couple Up

Mumbai Mirror has published a blind item about the father of an actress being the reason for a young couple’s breakup.

This couple has kept us guessing for the longest time. First there were pics of the male actor hanging out with not just this heroine but another young star kid as well. The male star was also seen posing for pics with the star kid’s step mom. Gossip columnists were having a field day guessing whom the male star is dating. Eventually it was reported that the male star was in fact dating the daughter of an actor with royal lineage. Then came stories of the actor cancelling shoots to be with his new GF. But just when their love story was gathering steam, their story has came to an abrupt end.

While the reason behind the breakup seems plausible, we wonder whether there is any truth to this story. We all have been in our teens or early 20’s & in love. Would we have broken up with someone just because our parent told us to? Besides how did the gossip columnists come to know about the male star cancelling his shoots for his lady love? It is entirely possible that they planted these stories themselves to stay in the news. The male star has been going overboard with PR. He has reason to be insecure. The industry took time to notice him despite starring in several hits. Now that he is hot property, he will stop at nothing to ensure that he makes to the the top rung of actors.

Bollywood is still talking about the rather nonchalant breakup this young moviedom pair has had. The couple got together rather matter of factly & broke up with equal apathy. But now we hear one of the biggest reasons for this was the female actor’s father.

The sage daddy advised his daughter to focus on her career instead of romance and the daughter, who usually listens to no one, decided to pay heed. Oh well, all usually ends well in the new world of millennials.
