Guess Who: Horrible Bosses
As per a social media handle, bosses at a renowned talent management firm mistreat their employees & drive them towards depression.
While the fire in people’s hearts over the death of a young celeb is still raging, a series of posts from a social media handle caught our eye. A source DM’ed us the posts about this renowned talent management firm which allegedly drives its employees towards suicide. The firm is made to sound like the epitome of snobbery, bullying.
One post speaks about an employee recounting how family members were called to the office during ‘family day’. The motive behind the get together was not to motivate the employees, but to check who came from the backgrounds of the standards the bosses came from & who didn’t. The bosses then used to invite the employees from rich families to their inner circles, make fun of the lesser privileged ones. Even celebs who came from less privileged backgrounds were made fun of. The firm used to not let their employees even attend even funerals in peace.
Another post speaks about an employee recounting her experience working with an entitled movie star. We really hate her opinions which come across as entitled, snobbish. She would be a nobody had it not been for her successful movie-star father. If the employee is to be believed she almost went into depression working under this actor who is so dumb!
We are not mentioning names as the owner of this firm was outed during the MeToo movement & had tried committing suicide. One can imagine the horror the female employees of the firm had to go through. Apart from being bullied, they were also at the receiving end of sexual harassment.
The culture in every organization is influenced by the boss. The owner definitely was a major influence behind this toxic culture at his firm. But his suicide attempt made people go easy on him.
