Mumbai Mirror has published a blind item about an actress who is playing a supporting role in a movie & is refusing to promote the movie with the leading lady.

We were wondering when we saw the trailer of an upcoming movie, as to how these two stars got along. Both are famously pro their ideologies. Neither of them pull any punches when it comes to attacking members of the opposite camp. While citizens don’t mix their political preferences when it comes to working with their colleagues, bollywood celebs aren’t that broad minded. Bollywood celebs are notorious for having huge egos. It is expected that when these celebs interact with the media to promote their movie, questions about the political scenario will be asked. The leading lady will not shy away from a fight if the supporting lady dares to oppose her stance. We have to admit that it is a smart move by the supporting star to not mess with the leading lady. After all bollywood works on relationships. Pissing the A-listers off is definitely not a good strategy.

We have always been biased against the leading lady mentioned in the blind item. But we admit that she has managed to carve a niche for herself. After taking on all the big shots, she still manages to land plum projects year on year. Bravo! It is although boring to see her get into a controversy only when her film is about to release. Everyone is able to notice that she rakes up a controversy without fail to promote her movie. While a greek god superstar was at the receiving end of her punches, it is the reigning box office queen this time around.

The supporting lady on the other hand is one of the poster girls for the leftist movement. Her stance has endeared her to the producers of her hit web series. They have also produced another comedy, which is now a successful movie franchise.

TWO people aren’t friends just because they work together; certainly not actresses. A supporting star who is looking forward to a new release with this leading lady has ditched joint publicity and is preferring to go solo. We hear, it’s because of the top liner’s frank speak and her tendency to court controversies. And yes, not to forget their conflicting ideologies.
